  • An internet connection is required to access all services.
  • Technical support is available for platform-related issues. However, if the problem is caused by the user, the platform is not obligated to resolve it.

Store Conditions:

  • Store creation is reserved for subscribed users.
  • Each store is linked to a user account and cannot be transferred without authorization.

  • The platform provides the tools but is not the seller of the products.

Restrictions:

  • Illegal products or services are prohibited.
  • The platform may suspend or delete a store in case of non-compliance with the rules.
  • The user must comply with the laws of their country regarding online commerce.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are made exclusively via the OnMiga platform.
  • No refunds are possible after account activation.
  • Payment must be complete before accessing services.
  • The platform is not responsible for payment errors.
  • USDT fees may apply during withdrawals or account-to-account transfers.

Commissions & Revenue

  • Commissions or revenue generated by users (sales or platform activities) are received directly by the user according to the platform's system.
  • OnMiga does not guarantee any fixed or minimum revenue.
  • Each user is responsible for managing their own revenue.

Each user is entirely responsible for their taxes in their country of residence. This includes all commissions, revenue, or profits generated through the platform.
